Volunteering Hours
We invite volunteers to join our regular farm feeding shifts, where you can help care for our animals and take part in the sanctuary’s daily activities. Our current volunteer times are:
Monday evenings
Thursday evenings
All volunteers must contact the farm by text, 24 hours before wanting to visit. In the text be sure to let us know which day you are wanting to volunteer. Wait for a confirmation message with the time and to make sure that day works before coming. Please note that there may be some Mondays and Thursdays that the farm may be closed. It is important to always reach out before coming. We thank you for your flexibility.
We do not allow unannounced visits. All volunteers must sign the waiver linked below before joining. If a volunteer day is canceled, we will let you know.

Volunteering Hours
During volunteer hours, you can do a variety of things! We always want our volunteers to feel comfortable and volunteer in the way that is best for them. I never want someone to feel uncomfortable with what we do out there, so if at any time you are hesitant to do a task, please let us know. Volunteering can include brushing, pen cleaning, stall cleaning, pig cuddling, feeding, filling waters and a plethora of other activities! Honestly though, we always need help socializing the animals. The more social they are, the more apt they are to be adopted.
We also have special volunteer times where you can join us for hoof/tusk trimming clinics, blood draws, vaccine administration and other hands-on activities. These dates and times may be outside of the usual Monday and Thursday volunteer times, so make sure to follow us on our social media for these volunteer opportunities!
